应该是配置文件.evn的问题，如果是用docker一键部署的情况，第一次连接只能修改油箱配置和管理员密码。我当时应该是修改了mysql的密码配置，导致连接不上数据库。想要修改应该要进入容器内改了连接密码再回来改配置文件。
