New Platform Workflow #22

Clicking on the + button on overview should directly go to /platform/new,
User should be able to enter instance_name (within the connection accordian item)
When saving that's when we create an autogen id that can be in memory and add a platform tile.

This reduces the number of clicks, and populates the PlatformDefinition so that it doesn't show Bro all the time.
