No way to reset an abandoned pool table without starting a new instance or waiting until the negligent player leaves. #166

I often encounter pool tables where players have started a game then abandon it for whatever reason. These tables tend to stay locked and unusable until said player/s leave the instance.

I would be great if we could enable the instance owner or players on an 'allow-list' to use the 'exit game' button. Alternatively, an inactivity timer might solve this.

(Does an 'admin' version of _ExitGame already exist?)
