Get Started with VSCodium: Use AI features with Copilot for Free

Describe the bug
In walkthrough: Setup VSCodium the first step is "Set up Copilot for free":

But clicking this button doesn't do anything.

Please confirm that this problem is VSCodium-specific

• This bug doesn't happen if I use Microsoft's Visual Studio Code. It only happens in VSCodium.

Please confirm that the issue/resolution isn't already documented

• I checked the Docs page and the Troubleshooting page and my issue is not mentioned there.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. In VSCodium summon Welcome page (Ctrl + Shift + P -> Help: Welcome -> Hit enter)
2. Click "Get started with VSCodium" from Walkthroughs
3. Click "Set up Copilot for free" button
4. Wait for something to happen (it never will)

Expected behavior
Clicking the button should open Copilot view (or the whole Use AI ... section should be removed from VSCodium)
