Linking local favicon not working

Same as: microsoft/vscode-livepreview#72

using

 <link rel="shortcut icon" href="favicon.ico">

(with a local file favicon.ico) In the head of the file will show the favicon on opening the html file from the filesystem, but not when hosted from Live Preview.

VSCode guys seems to have fixed it back in 2021: microsoft/vscode-livepreview#76
