Russian translation (перевод на русский)

I think it'd be good to have the Russian translation, and actually I'm going to provide the official one (made by crowdgames.ru, not me).

Creating issue just for reference, because one may also want to do so and can see this issue and avoid double work

An update: our Russian "Law of Root" isn't of the latest version. It requires additional translation of the latest version stuff. I initially started traslated the missing stuff, but now decided to give up since it's too time-consuming for me. I'll return to this work when Crowd Games release the updated version of rules.

for now it missing Lords of Hundreds and Keepers in Iron factions, hirelings rules and misc rules updates. But it is a first step, hope it will be easier to contribute further.
