[Feature Request]: Improve Navbar in smaller Screen Size

Feature Description

When the user is not sign-in and we see the navbar in smaller screen size we can see that the sign-in and sign-out button is not looking good.

We can improve this by putting the buttons in the same level by using `display:flex``

Use Case

This is for user-experience because when the user see navbar for the first time then this would not be good ux
