CloudSeed simply not working

Tried installing the plugin on SoundBridge and LMMS, but both cannot open it. Weirdly cropped window (like 75%) will pop out and UI is responding, but it does nothing to the sound and outputs the input. The only problem I run while installing is that I have latest .NET and latest C++ tools, not 2017 like it comes bundled with, so the installation of these tools will prompt error that newer version is already installed. So yeah, seems like it's not working on latest versions...

Same. Worked great on previous version, but reinstalled OS due to malware and I can't for the life of me get it to work in Reaper now. It's a Shame too, Love this plugin. Was my go-to...
