Is there a plan for a new release in the near future?
The version of hamcrest on crates.io is from 0.3.0 Nov 4, 2019 and still contains the outdated num dependency.
If there were no breaking changes since then, could a patch-release (0.3.1) be considered or a major release otherwise?
