Game is on 4:3/16:10 aspect ratio after setting the game resolution to fullscreen windowed

This is a odd bug that i found a few days ago.. For some reason any time you switch to fullscreen windowed in cs2 from any 4:3 or 16:10 aspect ratio, the game will be stretched in fullscreen window
