This page should summarize important and relevant clinical information available for a given score set. At a minimum, we should:

• Integrate existing clinical visualizations in the mave-viz branch (including, but not limited to: a histogram of syn/nonsense variants, a histogram of known clinical variants with filters for clinvar stars and classification dates)
• Display the transcript to used for the target (or the transcript to which this target mapped)

We may include, at a lower priority:

• Add a histogram or scatterplot able to compare this data to other datasets and/or models
• Add a calculation and display/visualization for odds of pathogenicity
• Summarize the assay and provide a star rating (this star rating will likely stem from the adherance to our minimum information standards)
• Fields from the clingen functional assay worksheet
• Model organism data
• cell engineering data (transgene vs. editing endogenous locus)
• Read out (??) and repoducibility
• Links to other datasets which include the same gene and/or variants
