Orthology cluster source:
- Uniref90 is often too narrow
- Need better source of orthologous sequences
Conservation metric / algorithm
- AMAS is very fast, but overly simplistic.
- Consurf/Rate4Site would be a more accurate alternative, but has excessive runtimes of ~20 minutes.
