Develop a view on Zertymod pricing accuracy and define a unit pricing policy for BECTI-DYN. Review unit prices for both BLUFOR and REDFOR, comparing with ZM mainline.

Possible strategies:
-Surgigal changes ONLY in core issues to air vs ADN balance (we don't do broad economic balancing)
-Adjust a broad set of prices to embrace for expected impact for meta (current practice)
-Full reflavouring of the mod
