Work the air research upgrades to both sides.

Required work items:
-Tiering design
-Blufor & Opfor research and units
-Comment from experienced players (eg. jet pilots)
-Playtesting

VarisA3 added enhancement question labels

VarisA3 added this to the Release 0.1 "Breakage" milestone

VarisA3 modified the milestones: Release 0.1 "Breakage", Release 0.2 "Liftoff"
