1.20.1 server crashing, unable to start after update

Dedicated 1.20.1 server crashes when attempting to start up.
loader: forge 47.3.5

Reason given is:

net.minecraftforge.fml.LoadingFailedException: Loading errors encountered: [
Mod §equark§r requires §6zeta§r §o1.0-20 or above, and below 2.0§r
§7Currently, §6zeta§r§7 is §o1.0-19

(I posted this on Zeta as well since I'm not sure if this would be a Quark or Zeta thing that needs to be tweaked.)

solution is right there. says quark requires zeta 1.0.-20 or above
