[1.12.2] Locked items can be emptied using hoppers

The item in question is a Futurepack Wardrobe but may work on any container (haven't tested chests).

These wardrobes spawn in the world in dungeons, and are locked using skillable.

All googling has led me to believe that skillable is causing the crash as this crash has happened in the past on blocks which were "marked" as private.

The player took a vanilla hopper to empty the wardrobes whilst they were still locked using skillable, this did empty the contents of the wardrobe and cause the crash.
