Develop a framework that helps customize the default security engine. This will 
allow for integration with 3rd party Enterprise security systems like LDAP, 
Active Directory, etc.

This ideally enable an enterprise to control which mobile apps have access to 
which applications, data items or files by managing the access control systems 
they already have in place. And ideally. it should be invocable on every 
"request" so that any access changes would be enforced in "real time". 

It should also integrate with encryption schemes for  use cases requiring real 
time decryption authorization.
