Mute/unmute all channels

Plugin Description

I know that newguildsettings allow to mute new servers when joining them. That it is possible to mute the full server. That this issues already recommended to mute the server globally (#606)

But we really need a way to mute/unmute all channels in a server, so that it become easy to unmute just some of them.
