Description
This PR configures the
lastRewardingBlockfor the markets:NOTE: since VIP for adding agEUR is still not executed on mainnet, only simulations for testnet are passing. Once the mainnet VIP for adding agEUR is executed, we should replace thestartRewardBlockfor this market and make sure that the simulations on mainnet passVIP where SnBNB was added, and their rewards enabled: https://app.venus.io/#/governance/proposal/177
