Reading the configuration file from hardcoded location needs to change

• too much assumption about the machine type, this should be more flexible. consider providing the configuration location with a -D command line or an env var.

How meta ;-) I'm thinking that here: https://github.com/oncue/funnel/blob/master/flask/src/main/scala/main.scala#L42 and https://github.com/oncue/funnel/blob/master/chemist/src/main/scala/Platform.scala#L34 we instead only fallback to a default path if there was no command line argument passed in.
