Add map of publisher locations to Publishers page

The map already exists (https://vertnet.cartodb.com/tables/resource_staging/map), but we need to make a visualization for it like the one the portal home page (https://vertnet.cartodb.com/viz/58805140-ed91-11e2-bc65-2999f6b84d2f/map).

The map would need to come from tables resource (not resource_staging) for use on the publishers page. But that should be fine as the geometry is in table resource as well. https://vertnet.carto.com/tables/resource/map. I made a vizualization for it, but I don't know enough about how to make the map look like we want it to look. @tucotuco do you want to play with that and I can look at adding it to the publishers page when ready. https://vertnet.carto.com/viz/37079690-6304-11e6-91a3-0e05a8b3e3d7/map
