We want significant gene lists to be quickly taken up by other groups and databases such as MolSigDB, so publishing/exporting gene set files in a consistent format is one way to improve the uptake of any given dataset. My request is a function to export the current significant gene list as a .gmt file (http://www.broadinstitute.org/cancer/software/gsea/wiki/index.php/Data_formats#GMT:_Gene_Matrix_Transposed_file_format_.28.2A.gmt.29).
By no means a critical addition this one.
