Vineflower version

vineflower-1.10.1.jar with fixed bug #412

Describe the bug

class org.apache.commons.text.StrLookup get node.getTypeParameters() V and compiled successfully,
but class org.apache.commons.text.InterpolatorStringLookup gives empty type parameters and hence couldn't be compiled
