New module FLARE simulates the XUV luminosity of stars due to flares, both through the time via the Davenport et al. (2019) flare frequency model, and for a fixed distribution. See new examples FfdProxCen, and MDwarfLuminosity, as well as AtmEscFlareProxCen for the role of flares on atmospheric escape.
