Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I have a resources folder with assets needed for the app to run, however I noticed that --restart (and --watch) are not monitoring for changes in resourceDir, so every time something changes in my assets I need to restart process.

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd be nice to have it tracked automatically. An additional opt-in option would work too.
