Missing Tooltip component in use

I've been exploring the Tetrisly and noticed that there seems to be a missing feature regarding the Tooltip component. I've checked the GitBook documentation, but it doesn't provide any examples or guidelines on how to use the Tooltip component to show content when hovering over a view.

This feature is crucial for providing users with additional context or information without cluttering the UI. It would be greatly appreciated if examples of how to use the Tooltip component could be added to the documentation, or if the component could be added to the library if it's currently missing.
