we have a Problem to modify/delete user with german Ö/Ä/Ü caracters.

is there any Option to delete them?

I've just retested this today against SP2016. I didn't have any problems creating, modifying or deleting users with those characters contained in both the usernames and the email addresses. What's the error message you are getting?
