make the creation sandbox inline-repl look nice

heads up @lobau - made the create link a new creation sandbox page

Wanted to pass along this issue if you want to make it look nicer / etc. I just used the model page's inline-repl since it seemed like a good starter.

If there's anything I can do to help, lmk, but assigning to you so you can figure out what you want to do for this ~
