First step is to get VW by either:

• Building from source
• Or, installing with a package manager
  • apt-get
    • sudo apt-get install vowpal-wabbit
  • Homebrew
    • brew install vowpal-wabbit
  • Pypi
  • Nuget Package

Then, follow the tutorial.
