Integrate With CHASM & Add CHASM Hacks

Description

When CHASM and loader plugins come out, we need to integrate Mixout with CHASM and use loader plugins instead of language adapters for an early entrypoint. We also need to make CHASM and ASM transformers for CHASM transformers, and possibly ways to bypass certain CHASM exceptions (like writing to something that something else writes to) and allow manual handling of said "unrecoverable" collisions.
