PluginInstall is done after installing Plugin 'VundleVim/Vundle.vim'

I have ~/.vimrc containing

When I run :PluginInstall, it only installs itself:

Why it's ignoring other plugins?

The issue is related to the security update by git unauthenticated git protocol you can check after the "PluginInstall" the logs for more info .
