is this project abandoned?

First of all: thanks for offering such a nice starter pack for free! I recently stumbled uppon Delog and for the largest part I'm very very happy with it. There are some problems i'm running into though, most of them caused because things change on the web and this project isn't keeping up. Netlify CMS isn't working anymore, local deployment doesn't function because of all kinds of errors and the W3layouts forms service isn't online anymore. Last commit was in may '20. Several pull requests are waiting but arn't reviewed and merged.

Is it possible to put some time in creating some last fixes? Mainly netlify CMS (or decapCMS) and the form? (would be fantastic to migrate to netlify forms, since its deployed there anyway)
