Run automated FVT to validate airgap support

Enhance the existing mechanism to request OCP clusters from EBC to include airgap cluster option
Integrate the Airgap scripts with WLO's OnePipeline to mirror Operator images and install Operator
Define the list of test images needed for the testing in Airgap environment. Mirror those to the airgap registry so they are available during FVT
Check and validate the Operator is installed successfully
Run the FVT
Log the results of FVT

We are targeting early 4Q 2024 (October) for this integration
