Checking KVZK for Arkansas physical instantiations

Hey, I found a couple KVZK records that still have Arkansas physical instantiations, so it might be good to do a programmatic check-- would it be possible for you (Erica?) to check that all records with annotation="kvzk-americansamoa" (annotationType="special_collections") have an American Samoa physical instantiation (American Samoa Government Office of Public Information) and not an Arkansas one (Arkansas Educational TV Network (AETN))?
