All "View on AAPB" links should open in a new tab. This should be the case in all content blocks that use "View on AAPB" links (Interviews, Archival Footage, Original Footage, Programs, Related Content).

This will allow users to continue reading the exhibit or collection text. This will also be more consistent with the GBH Series page and Masterpiece Theatre collection.
