[TASK] Extend FBP Tester to accomodate FGMJ Testing

We currently keep P7 alive so that we can do step through and Step back testing of WISE Based FGMJ files. No other tool exists to do this. This type of. testing is not Automated and Should not be automated, therefore we need a tool. 90% what is required is already present in the last QT (Cross Platform) Version of FBP Tester.

If we extend FBP Tester to accommodate this P7 style testing, we can let P7 go sooner than later.

this ticket is to seek support and permission to begin modifications POST 1.0 as a new cross platform and potentially automatable.
