Is a closed repo and used in the WISE Build process.

All source being used in WISE must be either open source & publicly available, OR the resources used must be publicly available. This needs fixing ASAP. This project is NOT open source until this is resolved.

@RobBryce this one is still ongoing, as long as the build script needs to private HSS repos to get the component, this issue will still be open.
have a look at lines 118, 129, 140, 151, 173, 184, never mind, almost all of the repos used in this section are private hss repos
start here and work your way down ensuring every repo is open or pointing to an open repo.
