A bug happened!

Seems this has been happening for some time, i dont know the importance of this,

@RobBryce or @tredpath can you please give it a look?

The recent failures have all been the CodeQL action which, as configured, doesn't have a chance. It tries to autodetect a project format but since there are multiple libraries in the WISE_Manager_Component repository it doesn't know what to do.

Failures on the Maven Package action for both Manager and Builder may be from an expired WISE_PAT. I don't know if either of them need HSS_PAT anymore but it could be updated if there are further issues.
