Hi pyiso community

I am working on a windows cpu.

I tried setting up a new environment and matching all the required packages and corresponding version numbers as listed in the requirements.txt

i get the following list of packages below.

however, when i try to install using pip install pyiso i still have an error. what am i missing here? still pretty new to the conda / pip world, so forgive me if i am missing something obvious here
