Detailed description

By adding translations to the documentation, we can expand our audience and our community.
I suggest using Weblate to add translations, it is very known and works pretty well (TheAlgorithms website uses it).

Context

This will expand our audience and community, as well as encourage other translators to help us translate this project.

Possible implementation

Add translations integrated with Weblate.
