Overview: I would like to propose an enhancement to the project by adding a "scroll-up" button. This feature would significantly improve user navigation, especially on pages with long content, allowing users to easily return to the top of the page without scrolling manually.

Proposed Solution:
Implement a button that appears when the user scrolls down a certain distance (e.g., 100 pixels).
The button should smoothly scroll the page back to the top when clicked.
Ensure the button is styled appropriately to match the project's theme and is positioned fixed at the bottom-right corner of the viewport.

Benefits:
Enhances user experience by providing a quick way to navigate to the top of lengthy pages.
Improves accessibility for users on mobile devices or those with mobility impairments.

I believe this addition would greatly enhance the usability of the project. Kindly assign it to me under gssoc-extended , hactoberfest accepted and level ., I would like to contribute. @Webaddicted91

Thank you!!
