Cannot add language - Kodi Weblate ?

Hi,

We are trying to add the Irish language to Kodi on https://kodi.weblate.cloud/ however we are not having much luck, it says 'Cannot add translation right now'. Here is a screenshot:

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue, we have been trying to resolve it for a while now, and have consulted the documentation however we don't know why it is stuck... here is the thread covering our efforts. https://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=363132&page=17

There are several components to translate, however we cannot add the Irish language to them.

Most likely, this is caused by not configured adding of languages in the component configuration (see https://docs.weblate.org/en/latest/devel/translations.html#adding-translation).

#13739 will bring more detailed reasoning in the UI.
