Project categorisation

The other translation platforms have keywords every project can fill in to search for it. Don't like it.
Some platforms show projects in categories. Only seen this without shared categories. Don't like it.

With https://docs.weblate.org/no/latest/admin/projects.html#component-links it would be possible to add meta-projects for various things.

Lets say a user wants to contribute to only SailfishOS or Android projects. or "mobile". What are the good categories to have? "Copyleft", one for each license? (could make the license listing clickable then)

Doing it this way makes it easy to "subscribe" to the "meta" project.

If the user group is granted "reviewer" access to the meta categories that would work?
I don't know if project owners can link components to groups they aren't also owners of, but I am not sure about what all the roles are.
