Currently, the corresponding glossary entry (source string for the source string explanation, target string for the translation explanation) is shown as the content of the Explanation updated event. It makes more sense to show the diff of the explanation editing as the content of the Explanation updated event.

Describe the solution you would like

Show the diff of the explanation editing as the content of the Explanation updated event:

• The source string of the glossary entry should also be shown in the content of the Explanation updated event for the source string explanation.
• The source and target strings of the glossary entry should also be shown in the content of the Explanation updated event for the translation explanation.
