Diorama Test Scene #52

Create a diorama test scene for building systems (related #40 ) and working on the core gameplay loop.

…dog, duck, horse, raccoon, sheep), foliage voxel models (bush 1, bush 2, mushroom 1, mushroom 2, mushroom 3, tree 1, tree 2, tree 3, tree 4), and prop models (campfire, chest, door, fence, and house) for building out the diorama test scene.

…l data asset - removed the foliage and existing world from the diorama test map and added a voxel world which uses the landscape from the diorama voxel data asset, as well as a test area showing the whole scene as a VoxelMagicVoxSceneActor (which has all the voxel models from the diorama test scene with the proper transforms and such.

…r helping test water in the diorama test scene. added realistic vfx (legacy chaos system) to start testing some vfx for the scene.; closes #38 updated camera configuration for thirdperson character to be farther away, use cinematic camera (to enable DoF control and such), and updated user input so camera does not rotate with character.

…e walkable in UE5. renamed and grouped actors. closes #20 added some trolloc models: human, wolf, boar in large, medium, and small variants.
