In "PyPOTS", POTS stands for partially-observed time series, which is common to see in our life, especially when we try to model time-series data collected from the real world (like all kinds of sensors). It is vital, while still lacks enough attention from academia, and one form is that there isn't a dedicated toolkit for data mining on POTS, even in a community as vast as Python. PyPOTS is born for this! So, please share your feedback, your ideas/suggestions, and the latest POTS-related algorithms/papers here to improve PyPOTS and help it become a handy data-mining tool.
