Plugin not loaded on Windows

• Binary Ninja Version: 4.1.5902-Stable
• Plugin Version: Latest from head

I just tried to install the plugin to my Windows based Binary Ninja installation, doing so just didn't load the plugin, despite the other plugins loading correctly, from the logs:

did i do something wrong or is this a problem with the application?
