Redesign 3d Printed Base - Smaller cogs - slightly #8

By having slightly smaller cogs for both cogs, so that the diametr of the driving cog falls below the width of the affixing screws, the motors can be bolted into place from top plate thru colums to base plate. More stability provides less errors and slack in the mechanism and hand drift.
