Flight events will not trigger

Issue description

During flight, the flight events or 'misaligned' controls will not happen. You will still audibly hear the trigger sounds for when they are supposed to happen, but the icons do not change. You also do not see the fire/smoke particles with the AR glasses.
I have absolutely no clue what causes this to happen, but I think it's most likely the shell viewer. Probably isn't that important though, thought it would just be good to put this out here.

Also attaching the log from one of the times this glitch happened as I have absolutely no clue what causes it.

This issue exists on 2.1.2 and 2.1.3 from what I can tell. It also affects Fabric.
