Search for Windows + 0000-1989 produces following item

Looking at item - could this be simple data error? Release may have windows flagged inappropriately.

That release is tagged Windows, yes.

FWIW the UDF to gather platforms for releases under a product doesn't care about time scope. If it's using ProductPlatforms, a variant that takes in account range of dates is useful to make.
